Chopped Strand Mat (Emulsion)
Binani chopped strand mat is made of randomly yet evenly distributed strands chopped from continuous "E" glass fibres into 50 mm length bonded with "powder binder," possesses excellent surface bonding efficiency.
Properties
Easy air removal and rapid resin impregnation
Drapes well to suit the surface of intricate moulds
Fast wet-through and wet out due to excellent styrene solubility of binder
Easy handling and better appearance of the composite parts
Good surface bonding and high strand integrity.
Compatible with unsaturated polyester resins.

Each roll is covered in polyethylene bag and seal packed in corrugated carton (27 x 27) cm x std. length
16 cartons per pallet are packed vericcally, with stretch wrap protection in pallet dimension of (110 x 110)cms.
Storage
Rolls should be protected from sum light and be kept vertically
Recommended storage conditions - Temperature. 40ºC max -Relative humidity. 75% max.
To avoid vapour condensation, store the packages for 24 hours workshop conditions, before use.
