Woven Rovings
Binani woven roving is plainly woven from direct rovings having polyester / chrome - free silane sized, with higher dimensional properties and regular distribution of fibreglass with excellent bonding strength among laminates, so the laminates possesses higher fibre content, tensile strength and impact resistance.

Properties
  • Compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.
  • Made of continuous, untwisted "E" glass direct roving.
  • Good resistance to weave distortion.
  • High mechanical strength in both directions of the weave.
  • Excellent impregnation and low consumption to resin.
  • Very good drapeability, making it suitable for very complex moulding
  • Easy processability in moulding techniques.

Packaging

Each woven roving roll is initially packed in polyethylene bag and finally packed in HDPE woven sacks lined with polyethylene liner.

Storage

  • Recommended storage conditions - Temperature. 40°C mam. - Relative humidity. 75% max.
  • To avoid vapour condensation, store the packages for 24 hours, under workshop condition, before use.
