Direct Roving
Binani direct roving is a collection of specified numbers of untwisted continuous filament of "E" glass chrome-free silage sized,produced by pulling directly form the bushing and wound on to a cylindrical package.
Properties
Directly wound packages, require no roving assembly so assuring good quality stability and excellent strand integrity
Precision wound packages with even tension and good taping
Good resin compatibility, especially corrosion resistant polyester
Fast resin impregnation rate
Good abrasion resistance and low catenary.

Each cheese is shrink wrapped. Pallets are stretch wrap protected

Storage
Recommended storage conditions - Temperature. 40°C max.- Relative humidity.75% max.
To avoid vapour condensation, store the packages for 24 hours, under workshop conditions, before use
Avoid damage and sliding of packages across rough surfaces, to prevent fibre damage which results in fuzz formation.
