Assembled Rovings
Binani assembled rovings are manufactured by winding continuous, unidirectional, untwisted filament strand of "E" glass chrome-free silane sized into cylindrical packages. These rovings are suitable for pultrusion / filament winding processes.
Properties
Good resin compatibility.
Fast resin impregnation rate.
Good abrasion resistance.
Even tension, low catenary.

Cheese per pallet: minimum 48 cheeses in full package, additional partial cheese permitted
Each cheese is shrink wrapped. Pallets are stretch wrap protected
Pallet dimension are 1100 x 110 cms.
Storage
Recommended storage conditions-Temperature. 40ºC max.- Relative humidity. 75% max.
To avoid vapour condensation, store the packages for 24 hours, under workshop conditions, before use
Avoid damage and sliding of packages across rough surfaces, to prevent fibre damage which results in fuzz formation.
